About The Gallery
The Gallery is a six-level condominium of 60 residences at 4th Street and Cocoanut Avenue in the Rosemary District, on the north edge of downtown Sarasota and about three blocks from the bay. Palm One Group and The Simpson Organization are the developers, Halflants + Pichette designed the building, and Voeller Construction is the general contractor.
Residences are arranged around a landscaped courtyard above ground-level parking, with open-air stair towers along 4th Street in place of enclosed corridors. The six collections range from one-bedroom homes to penthouses with lofts, private courtyard homes, two-level residences with open staircases, and live-work residences with private yards facing 4th Street. Homes on the market now run about 938 to 1,983 square feet and have been listed at about $795,000 to $2.2 million.
The rooftop holds a pool, shaded terrace, sun deck and social lounge, and the building adds a fitness center, yoga studio, covered parking and private storage. Construction is in its final stages.
