Vue Sarasota Bay is an 18-story condominium tower at the gateway to Lido Key in downtown Sarasota, next to The Westin Sarasota at North Tamiami Trail and Gulfstream Avenue. The Kolter Group developed it together with the adjacent 18-story Westin, which opened in 2017.
All 141 residences overlook the Sarasota waterfront and marina, with sunset views over the bay. Recent sales have run about 1,580 to 2,625 square feet and sold for about $1,650,000 to $3,200,000 in the last two years.
The tower faces the downtown bayfront, and the city's arts and cultural venues are close by.
