Aria is a 152-acre gated neighborhood in Venice, just off Jacaranda Boulevard near I-75. Neal Signature Homes is selling the last homes here, with Italian-inspired designs set along tree-lined streets and many homesites facing a lake or a nature preserve.
The homes run from about 2,252 to 3,681 square feet, with spacious living and dining rooms, large owner's suites and outdoor living spaces. The builder's prices start in the mid $800s, and recent homes have been priced around $945,000 to $975,000. The clubhouse has a fitness center, an outdoor pool and spa, pickleball courts and an events lawn.
Downtown Venice and the beaches are a short drive west, and I-75 is close by for trips to Sarasota and North Port. Before you tour, please call me: most builders accept a buyer's own agent only when the agent registers the buyer on the first visit to the model or the builder's site.
