It sells personalized single-family plans of roughly 2,400 to 4,700 square feet in its own gated or maintenance-assisted neighborhoods, and it will also build its plans on a buyer's own lot. In this market it is selling at Tideline in West Bradenton, Waterbury Park in Lakewood Ranch and Everly in Wellen Park, is down to its final homes at Aria in Venice, and has Westlake at Wellen Park coming soon.
