Janelle's take
In October, Lido Key has 37 homes for sale, a modest number for a place so sought after. Median asking prices run from $790,000 in Lido Beach Club to $11,900,000 in Lido Shores, so the choice between a condominium and a home on the water is a big one. I would take time to walk through both with you before you decide.
