About Soleta Golf Club
Soleta Golf Club is a private golf club community on about 537 acres along the Myakka River in Myakka City, in eastern Manatee County. The whole community is 93 homesites, set around a 7,400-yard championship course by Nick Price that crosses pasture, oak prairie and sand ridge. The club adds The Colt, a six-hole par-three course, a large practice and performance area, courts for tennis, pickleball and padel, dining, and The Nest, a lagoon-style pool with a bar and grill set to open in fall 2026. A permanent clubhouse is planned.
The homesites come in four collections. Estate homesites are half-acre lots on the golf course with a 3,200 square foot minimum home, Manor homesites are half-acre lots inside the community with a 2,900 square foot minimum, Plantation homesites are a full acre with a 3,600 square foot minimum, and the Village collection pairs smaller homesites with complete home packages.
Every home is built by one of Soleta's designated builders, from a signature plan fitted to the homesite or as a custom design. John Cannon Homes and Anchor Builders offer plans from about 2,540 to 5,250 square feet, and new builders are coming to Soleta. I have the latest, including details on an upcoming builder. Homes with a published price in October 2026 ran from $2,089,500 to $4,299,900, led by the John Cannon Sarina model on Bellino Place. Construction must begin within 12 months of the lot closing.
Full Golf Resident membership comes with the homesite and starts at the lot closing. Publix at Fruitville Farms is about 16 miles from Soleta, Sarasota Bradenton International Airport about 27 miles, and Siesta Key Beach about 29 miles.

Who builds homes at Soleta?
Every home at Soleta is built by one of its designated builders. John Cannon Homes and Anchor Builders have models and signature plans there now. You can start from a signature plan fitted to your homesite or design a custom home with your builder. Talk with me before you visit a model or call a builder, so I am registered as your agent from your first visit.
Are new builders coming to Soleta?
Yes. New builders are coming to Soleta, and I have the latest, including details on an upcoming builder. Call or text me and I will walk you through what each builder offers before you choose a homesite.
Do I have to join the club to buy at Soleta?
Membership comes with the homesite. Every homeowner is a member, and Full Golf Resident membership starts at the lot closing, not at move-in, so you can use the club while your home is designed and built. Ask me for the current membership terms and dues before you buy.
What do homesites cost at Soleta?
In October 2026, half-acre golf course homesites were priced from $550,000 to $585,000, half-acre homesites inside the community from $385,000 to $400,000, one-acre homesites at $495,000, and the last two village homesites at $300,000, with village home packages from $1,750,000. Prices change by phase, so ask me for the current schedule.
How soon do I have to start building?
Construction must begin within 12 months of the lot closing. A signature plan skips most of the design phase, and your builder gives you a schedule for the plan you choose.
Are there move-in ready homes at Soleta?
Not yet. The homes for sale now are models and to-be-built homes priced on specific homesites and built after closing. Completed homes will come up over time, and the listings on this page show what is for sale today.
