About Point of Rocks
Point of Rocks is the neighborhood at the southern tip of Crescent Beach, off Point of Rocks Road and Point of Rocks Circle. Offshore, limestone ledges with coral formations make it one of the few snorkeling spots on this coast.
The point is where the Siesta Key closed littoral cell ends; sand moving south from Siesta Point stops here. Homes include older beach houses, newer single family homes and townhomes, close to South Village and the south bridge on Stickney Point Road.

What is Point of Rocks?
It is the limestone outcrop at the southern tip of Crescent Beach, an area rich with coral formations and marine life that is popular for snorkeling and diving. It also marks the south end of the closed littoral cell that begins at Siesta Point.
How close is South Village?
South Village, at Stickney Point Road and Midnight Pass Road next to the south bridge, is a short drive or bike ride away, with a grocery, a marina and restaurants.
