Pirate Harbor is a waterfront neighborhood in unincorporated Charlotte County, south of the city of Punta Gorda on the west side of Burnt Store Road. It was platted in 1958 as Pirate Harbor and Pirate Harbor Unit No. 2, with a later replat, and state-owned land lies along its western edge.
The streets carry pirate names: Jean La Fitte Boulevard, Blackbeard Boulevard, Henry Morgan Boulevard, Treasure Island Boulevard, Jolly Roger Boulevard and Yacht Club Boulevard. Most of the roughly 225 single-family homes sit on waterfront lots, and they range from houses built in the late 1960s and 1970s to homes completed in recent years. The land is low and coastal, and much of the neighborhood is in FEMA's Zone AE coastal floodplain.
Burnt Store Road connects Pirate Harbor north to Punta Gorda. Downtown Punta Gorda and Punta Gorda Airport are each about 18 to 19 minutes away by car, and Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers is about 52 minutes away.

Janelle is fantastic. We recently were able to sell our home in one week at 1% over asking price. I believe that the professional photos and staging coupled with Janelle helping us price competitively led to this success. We closed in one month and are so very grateful for Janelle and her help with the sale of our property.

Janelle did a great job selling our house. We have worked with 4 realtors over the past 19 years in FL, and she was by far the best. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, and was great at communicating with us throughout the sales process. Her responses to our emails and texts were very detailed and timely. She was also very proactive with recommendations on how to get our house ready for sale, and she went above and beyond to make sure our house was sparkling clean and staged appropriately to make sure our house stood out compared to others.
