Each home is built around a private courtyard, with room for a pool, spa and fire pit, and plans come in one-story and two-story layouts with 2-car or 3-car garages. Plans range from a 2 bedroom plus den home of about 1,491 square feet to 3 bedroom, 3 bath plans of about 2,045 and 3,515 square feet. Recent prices have run from about $566,000 to $721,000.
The shops and restaurants of Venice Avenue downtown are close by, and Venice Beach is an easy bike ride.
