About Bayso

Bayso is an 18-story condominium tower in Quay Sarasota, the bayfront district at the north end of downtown Sarasota. Kolter Urban, which also built the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vue and Mark in downtown Sarasota, developed the 149 residences and sold them out before completion in 2023.

The tower offered 11 floor plans of about 1,600 to 2,500 square feet, plus seven penthouses that run larger. Amenities include a resort-style pool, a fitness center, a residents' club room with a catering kitchen and a private dog park. Recent asking prices have run from about $1,495,000 to $3,295,000.

The Quay puts restaurants, The Bay park, the Van Wezel and Main Street within walking distance, and the John Ringling Causeway leads to St. Armands Circle and Lido Beach.
