Harbor House is a set of three mid-century condominium buildings, Harbor House, Harbor House South and Harbor House West, on Golden Gate Point, the peninsula off the downtown Sarasota bayfront at the foot of the Ringling Causeway.
The buildings were completed between 1965 and 1968, and residences run about 1,170 to 1,820 square feet. Harbor House West looks out on sunsets over the Ringling Causeway. Condos here sold for about $859,000 to $1,329,000 in the last two years.
Downtown Sarasota's restaurants and the arts district are a short walk or drive, and St. Armands Circle, Lido Key and Longboat Key are across the causeway.
