About The Mark
The Mark is a 12-story mixed-use condominium tower in downtown Sarasota, two blocks from the bayfront. Kolter Group broke ground in August 2017 and finished the building in 2019. It was planned with 157 residences above about 35,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 11,000 square feet of office space.
The residences were planned from about 1,354 to 2,969 square feet, and the building has resort-style amenities on an elevated level. Prices over the last two years have run about $1.25 million to $2 million, with sizes of about 1,600 to 2,100 square feet.
Life at The Mark is built around walking. Downtown restaurants and shops, the bayfront, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and other cultural venues are close by, and Siesta Key and Lido Key are a short drive across the bridges.
What to know before you buy in The Mark

The 157 residences were planned from about 1,354 to 2,969 square feet. Recent sales have been homes of about 1,600 to 2,100 square feet, selling for about $1.25 million to $2 million in the last two years.
What is within walking distance of The Mark?
The Mark sits two blocks from the downtown bayfront. Downtown restaurants and shops, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and other cultural venues are a walk or short ride away, and the ground floor of the building was planned for retail space.
What should I review before buying at The Mark?
