The Owen is a boutique condominium of 29 residences at 325 Golden Gate Point, on 1.18 gated acres at the southern tip of the peninsula off Gulfstream Avenue in downtown Sarasota. It was developed by The Ronto Group in partnership with Wheelock Street Capital, designed by MHK Architecture and Planning and built by Connor and Gaskins Unlimited.
Residences sit four to a floor above two levels of covered parking, with four penthouses on top. All four plans have three bedrooms and three and a half baths, from about 2,263 to 3,065 square feet, with 10-foot ceilings, impact-resistant floor-to-ceiling windows, Sub-Zero and Wolf kitchens and covered balconies with built-in grills. Prices over the last two years ran from about $2,540,000 to $3,360,000.
The amenity level has a saltwater infinity-edge pool and spa, a fire pit, an outdoor bar, a dog park and bocce, plus a club room, game room and fitness center with a steam room.
