Alinari is a high-rise condominium completed in 2007 at 800 North Tamiami Trail, on the edge of Sarasota's Rosemary District. It sits just east of The Bay park and the Van Wezel, so residences on the west side look across the park toward Sarasota Bay.
A view corridor easement at The Bay park is meant to keep bay views open for Alinari and the neighboring Renaissance, and the plans for the new performing arts center move the large theater building out of that corridor. Residences sold in the last two years were mostly about 1,320 to 1,730 square feet, at about $575,000 to $949,000.
