The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota are branded condominium towers developed by Kolter Urban in The Quay, the mixed-use district on the downtown Sarasota bayfront. The first tower rises 18 stories with 73 residences next to The Ritz-Carlton hotel, and the newer Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay adds a 20-story waterfront tower of 78 residences with completion expected in late 2026.
Residences are flow-through three- and four-bedroom homes of about 3,100 to 6,200 square feet with views of Sarasota Bay, the harbor, the downtown skyline and the Gulf. Private access-controlled elevators, tall ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, large terraces, European cabinetry and owner's suites with two walk-in closets are standard features. New residences in the Sarasota Bay tower start from about $4 million, and recent asking prices have run from about $3.8 million to $12.8 million.
