The Evolution is a nine-story condominium with 20 residences at 111 Golden Gate Point in downtown Sarasota, overlooking Sarasota Bay. WB Golden Point, LLC developed it, DSDG Architects designed it, and GATES Construction built it, with homes finished in 2023 and 2024.
Residences run from about 2,050 to about 3,500 square feet, including penthouses, with views across Sarasota Bay. Recent asking prices have run from about $2 million to about $5 million, and the developer is still offering move-in ready residences and penthouses.
Golden Gate Point is a short walk from downtown Sarasota's restaurants and the bayfront, and the Ringling Bridge leads to St. Armands Circle and Lido Key.
