Pulte builds 1 and 2 story designs here, with loft and flex spaces, open kitchens with cafe areas, covered lanais and pool options. Homes run about 2,500 to 3,400 square feet, and prices over the last two years ran from about $932,000 to $1,112,000.
Publix, Walgreens and the Sarasota Pavilion shopping center are about five minutes away. Siesta Key Beach is about 10 minutes away, Downtown Sarasota about 12 minutes and St. Armands Circle about 16 minutes.
