Hawkstone is a community of 155 new single-family homes by M/I Homes in Sarasota. It sits just off Clark Road, State Road 72, about 5 minutes from I-75, reached by Ibis Street, Hawkins Road and Dove Avenue. The community has no CDD.
Homes are built on 52 and 62 foot homesites, with plans from about 1,763 to 3,982 square feet priced by the builder from the high $500s. The first homes were finished in 2025, and recent asking prices have run from about $640,000 to $1,050,000.
Clark Road leads west to Siesta Key and the beaches, and Lakewood Ranch and the Celery Fields are a short drive north.
