About Grand Park
Grand Park is a master-planned community of new homes east of I-75 in Sarasota. It sits off Ibis Street south of Clark Road, a few minutes from Exit 205, with lakes, green space and trails running through the neighborhoods.
Two builders sell here now. Neal Communities builds single-family homes and 2 story townhomes, and M/I Homes builds 1 and 2 story single-family homes from about 2,136 to 3,835 square feet with 2 to 4 car garages. Finished homes from earlier phases also come up as resales. Prices over the last two years have run about $343,000 to $1,300,000.
The amenity center includes a clubhouse, a fitness center, two pools with cabanas, pickleball and tennis courts, and walking and biking trails with lake overlooks. Clark Road leads west to Siesta Key and the beaches, and Myakka River State Park is to the east.
