About Shoreview at Waterside
Shoreview at Waterside is a Pulte Homes neighborhood in Waterside, Lakewood Ranch's first village in Sarasota County. It was one of the first Waterside neighborhoods to sell, and it lies near Kingfisher Lake, the mile-long lake that Waterside Place sits on. Homes were built from 2016 to 2024, and Pulte has sold out the neighborhood.
Every home is single-family. Pulte's plans here are the Pinnacle, Stonewater, Clubview and Camelot, all single-story; the Stonewater, for one, has a den, a three-car garage, a covered lanai and an optional second-floor loft with an extra bedroom and bath. Homes include lake, preserve and conservation lots. Homes sold for about $750,000 to $1.95 million in the last two years.
Waterside Place, the Waterside town center, sits on a 36-acre peninsula in Kingfisher Lake with restaurants, shops, an eight-acre park, trails and a splash park. It hosts the Farmers' Market at Lakewood Ranch and Ranch Nite Wednesdays, and Waterside's neighborhoods connect to it by trail. University Parkway is a short drive north.

No. Pulte has sold out Shoreview, so every purchase now is a resale. Many homes are only a few years old, built between 2016 and 2024, so I will ask the seller which builder warranties and transferable coverage remain.
What floor plans are in Shoreview?
Pulte built Shoreview with plans that include the Pinnacle, Stonewater, Clubview and Camelot. All four are single-story plans. The Stonewater, for example, has a formal dining room, a den, a three-car garage, a covered lanai and an optional second-floor loft with an extra bedroom and bath.
How close is Shoreview to Waterside Place?

What should I check before buying on a Shoreview lake lot?
