About Townhomes at Azario
Townhomes at Azario is a small townhome neighborhood in the Azario village in the northern part of Lakewood Ranch, in southeastern Manatee County. Taylor Morrison built it beside its Esplanade at Azario neighborhood, and Park East at Azario sits just to the south. The entry is landscaped, and the streets carry Italian names such as Novara Lane, Bergamo Place and San Nicola Place.
Taylor Morrison offered four floor plans, each with open-concept living and a spacious primary suite. In a typical home the kitchen, dining and living area share the main floor, a slider opens to a rear patio and the bedrooms are upstairs. Most homes have two or three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an attached garage, and appliances and blinds were included when the homes were new. The builder has sold out, so homes come up only as resales. Townhomes here sold for about $249,000 to $383,000 in the last two years.
Owners share a community pool and a pet park. Lakewood Ranch covers about 33,000 acres with more than 150 miles of trails, and its Main Street, Waterside Place and The Green town centers hold the restaurants, shops and year-round events. Downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key are about 20 miles west, and Tampa is less than an hour north.

No. Taylor Morrison lists The Townhomes at Azario as sold out, so every home here is now a resale. Taylor Morrison still sells new homes next door at Esplanade at Azario, which is a separate neighborhood.
What sizes are the townhomes?
Taylor Morrison built four floor plans here. Most homes have two or three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with the living, kitchen and dining areas open on the first floor and the bedrooms upstairs. Each home has an attached garage, and end units have extra side windows. The larger three-bedroom end-unit plan runs about 1,565 square feet.
What amenities come with Townhomes at Azario?
The neighborhood has its own community pool and a pet park. Lakewood Ranch adds the community-wide trails, parks and three town centers: Main Street, Waterside Place and The Green.
Is Townhomes at Azario part of Esplanade at Azario?
No. The townhomes sit next door to Esplanade at Azario inside the larger Azario village, but Taylor Morrison built them as a separate community with its own pool and pet park.
