Amber Creek is a small townhome neighborhood at the corner of 44th Avenue East and White Eagle Boulevard, in the Manatee County part of Lakewood Ranch. Ryan Homes opened sales in September 2024 and built the homes from 2024 into 2026. The neighborhood has no CDD, a dog park, and homesites that back to water or natural areas.
The homes are two-story townhomes with attached garages, covered front porches and covered lanais, and each has a brick-paver driveway. In the Mayport plan, an open great room and kitchen with an island fill the first floor and the bedrooms are upstairs. Townhomes here sold for about $294,000 to $369,000 in the last two years.
Sidewalks lead to B.D. Gullett Elementary and Dr. Mona Jain Middle School. I-75 is about 10 minutes away, and the Lakewood Ranch Library, Bob Gardner Park and the Premier Sports Campus are close by. Lakewood Ranch Main Street and Waterside Place have shops and restaurants a short drive away.
