Avanti at Waterside is a Pulte Homes neighborhood on the west side of Waterside, Lakewood Ranch's Sarasota County village, near The Tides and Nautique. The homes were built in 2023 and 2024, and the plat is recorded in Sarasota County Plat Book 56, pages 400 to 409.
Avanti mixes townhomes and single-family homes. Plans include the Beachwood, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home of 1,256 square feet with a 2-car garage, as well as 4-bedroom, 2-bath homes, and the community is set up as maintenance-free. Some homes look out over a lake. Homes sold for about $328,000 to $508,000 in the last two years.
Waterside Place, the Waterside town center on Kingfisher Lake, has restaurants, shops, an eight-acre park, trails and a splash park, and hosts the Farmers' Market at Lakewood Ranch and Ranch Nite Wednesdays. University Parkway is a short drive north. Ask the association for the current HOA fee and what it covers before you commit.
