Emerald Landing at Waterside is a David Weekley Homes neighborhood of 193 homes on Kingfisher Lake in Waterside, Lakewood Ranch's first village in Sarasota County. It mixes three-story city homes, two-story townhomes and single-family homes, with plans from 1,496 to 3,249 square feet. Homes have been built since 2023, and the builder's sales office is on Skysail Lane.
David Weekley Homes builds with open floor plans and energy-efficient construction, and some city homes sit on the shore of the 100-acre Kingfisher Lake. New townhomes are priced from the $500s to the $900s and single-family homes from the $500s to over $1 million. Homes have sold from about $460,000 to $1.11 million in the last two years. The association fee runs $350 to $400 a month with maintenance included.
The amenity area has a pool with lap lanes, pergolas and a cabana, a lawn, a fire pit, two regulation pickleball courts and a dog park. A boat dock serves the water taxi to Waterside Place, the town center on Kingfisher Lake, and there is a kayak launch along with lakeside walking and jogging trails.
