About Bungalow Walk at Waterside

  • Plans have the primary bedroom and laundry on the first floor with a two-car rear garage.

Bungalow Walk at Waterside is a Dream Finders Homes neighborhood in the north part of Waterside, Lakewood Ranch's Sarasota County village, off University Parkway near Lorraine Road. The neighborhood is planned for 225 homes. The first homes were finished in 2024, and Dream Finders is still building and selling.

The homes are two-story bungalows with covered front porches or entries and fronts finished in siding, board-and-batten, or stucco, from 1,696 to 2,557 square feet. Five of the six plans put the primary bedroom on the first floor, most have an upstairs loft, and every plan has a 2-car garage. Five of the six plans have four bedrooms. Homes sold for about $400,000 to $758,000 in the last two years.

The neighborhood has its own clubhouse, pool and dog park, and the HOA runs about $190 a month with maintenance included. Waterside Place, the town center on Kingfisher Lake with restaurants, shops, the Farmers' Market and Ranch Nite Wednesdays, is a short drive south. Each has a 2-car garage. The Haven, Taylor, Laurel, Willow and Pemberly put the primary bedroom on the first floor, and the Pearl has two bedrooms on the main level. Base prices start around $430,000.

The Bungalow Walk HOA runs about $190 a month with maintenance included, and the neighborhood is set up for low-maintenance living with less yard work.
