M/I Homes built it between 2023 and 2025 off Kingfisher Lake near Waterside Place, the town center with restaurants, shops, live music at The Plaza and the Farmers' Market. The recorded plat is Nautique at Waterside.
Most homes here are two-story, rear-load townhomes from 1,702 to 1,850 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 2-car garage, built with masonry block on the first floor, impact windows and a nautical exterior style. M/I Homes also built a single-family section, The Landings at Nautique, with covered lanais on some plans. Homes have sold from about $373,000 to $589,000 in the last two years.
