About Park East at Azario
Park East at Azario is a single-family neighborhood in the Azario village in northern Lakewood Ranch, in Manatee County. Taylor Morrison built it, and Lakewood Ranch listed it with Esplanade at Azario among the new villages that opened in 2021. Townhomes at Azario sits just to the north, and the village lies near State Road 64 and Lorraine Road.
The homes went up from 2021 to 2025. Plans include four- and five-bedroom homes, and the larger ones run about 3,500 square feet. Some homesites back up to ponds or conservation land. Homes here sold for about $449,000 to $1.15 million in the last two years.
Lakewood Ranch adds more than 150 miles of trails, community parks and three town centers: Main Street, Waterside Place and The Green. Downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key are about 20 miles west, and Tampa is less than an hour north.
