About Palisades
Palisades at Lakewood Ranch is a small gated neighborhood of single-family homes in the northern part of Lakewood Ranch, in Manatee County. It sits off State Road 70 near Greenbrook. Streets include Silver Palm Boulevard, Camden Crest Terrace, Woodbridge Terrace and Oak Bridge Court.
D.R. Horton built the neighborhood under its Freedom Homes brand. Lakewood Ranch named The Palisades among the neighborhoods that opened in 2019, and the homes were finished between 2019 and 2021. Plans include three- and four-bedroom homes with open great rooms and lanais. Some sit on quiet cul-de-sacs or back up to a pond or nature preserve. Homes here sold for about $390,000 to $590,000 in the last two years.
Palisades is gated and marketed as maintenance free. Beyond its gates, Lakewood Ranch offers more than 150 miles of trails, community parks and the Main Street, Waterside Place and The Green town centers.
