Horizons West is a gated beach to bay condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road on Siesta Key. It sits on Crescent Beach and reaches from a private section of beach on the Gulf back to the Intracoastal Waterway.

Built in 1967, it offers one, two and three bedroom apartments in a high-rise with Gulf views, along with two bedroom single story villas on the beach side and bay side. Units run about 1,040 to 1,940 square feet, and prices over the last two years ran from about $875,000 to $2.25 million.

Shared amenities include two pools, a hot tub, beach cabanas, grills on the beach, a bayside park, covered parking and an onsite office. Rules on rentals, pets and renovations can change, so I will gladly request the current association documents on any unit before you write an offer.
