About Casarina

Casarina is a nine-story beachfront condominium on Midnight Pass Road on Siesta Key, built in 1982. It has 89 residences, two passenger elevators and assigned carport and garage parking, and it sits mid-key, south of Siesta Key Village.

Amenities include a pool and spa, an elevated beach deck with beach showers and lounges, a fitness room, a clubhouse with a social room and kitchen, barbecue areas and tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. Exterior refurbishment was completed in 2019, with more exterior work in 2020 and 2021. Rentals require a minimum stay of one month, and pets are permitted for owners only.

Residences run from about 1,500 to 2,165 square feet, and prices over the last two years ran from about $1,100,000 to $1,850,000. Siesta Beach, the Village shops and restaurants and the Stickney Point Road bridge to the mainland are a short drive away.

What to know before you buy in Casarina

  • I will confirm the HOA and any CDD fees, what they cover, and whether a transfer fee applies at closing.
  • I will check the flood zone and elevation of the home, and we will get a flood insurance quote before your inspection period ends.

What amenities does Casarina have?

Owners share a pool and spa, an elevated beach deck with beach showers and lounges, a fitness room, a clubhouse social room and kitchen, barbecue areas, a gazebo and courtyard gardens, and tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. There is onsite management during business hours, assigned covered parking, keyless entry and contracted security patrols.

Can I rent out a Casarina condo?

Rentals must be at least one month, with a maximum of five rentals a year. Pets are allowed for owners only, limited to one dog or cat under 25 pounds.

What size are the residences?
