About Southpointe Shores
Southpointe Shores is a waterfront neighborhood of about 110 single-family homes west of U.S. 41 and south of Stickney Point in Sarasota, on Little Sarasota Bay across from Siesta Key. The beaches of Siesta Key are about 5 minutes away, along with the shops and restaurants near Stickney Point.
Boating sets the tone here. Many homes have docks for deep-water boats, and the voluntary homeowners association, with annual dues of $295, gives members a private boat ramp and dock and a community park. The streets are quiet, with little through traffic.
Homes here were built from 1959 to 2023, with newer homes replacing some of the originals. Homes sold for about $994,000 to $3.5 million in the last two years.
