About Marina Bay
Marina Bay is a condominium inside Bay Isles on Longboat Key, set just south of the Longboat Key Club Moorings marina along Harbourside Drive. Its units are spread equally over three buildings built from about 1990 to 1993, each with ground-floor parking and five elevator floors of four units. Residences run floor-through, with screened lanais facing Sarasota Bay and balconies facing the key and the Gulf.
Landscaping screens the grounds from neighbors and Harbourside Drive, and paths circle the property. The outdoor complex has a large pool, a spa and a gas grill, with two tennis courts, an exercise room and car washing and charging stations. Residents use the Bay Isles Beach Club on the Gulf.
