About Grand Bay
Grand Bay is a condominium community at 3060 Grand Bay Boulevard on the bay side of Longboat Key, part of Bay Isles. It has 272 condominiums in six buildings, built from about 1994 to 1999, ranging from about 1,200 to 2,700 square feet, plus penthouses with large terraces. Each unit has a patio looking over Sarasota Bay or toward downtown Sarasota.
The community has a gated entry, on-site management and access control around the clock, with video entry to each building. Amenities include a fitness center, two heated pools, two spas, two tennis courts and walking grounds. Publix, the post office and restaurants are close by, and St. Armands Circle is about 6 miles south by road.
