The Residences at The St. Regis Longboat Key are Gulf front condominiums at 1620 Gulf of Mexico Drive on the south part of Longboat Key, next to the St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. There are 69 residences in three six-story buildings, completed in 2024 and 2025.
Owners choose from 18 floorplans with one to four bedrooms and 1,553 to 5,895 square feet. Each residence has private elevator access with keyless entry, floor-to-ceiling glass and large terraces with summer kitchens, and penthouse and lanai residences have private plunge pools. St. Armands Circle is a short drive south over the New Pass bridge.
