It sits off U.S. 41, the Tamiami Trail, in Wellen Park near the Wellen Town Center, and it is bordered by a natural preserve. SimplyDwell Homes, a Neal Communities brand, is building the homes, and the first ones were finished in 2026.
Every home is a two-story townhome, offered in four plans and three exterior styles. The Olivia and Emilia have a first-floor owner's suite and a 2-car garage. The Sienna has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and the Scarlett has an upstairs owner's suite and a loft that can be closed in as an office. Homes run from about 1,591 to 1,717 square feet with 2 to 4 bedrooms. Standard features include concrete block construction, steel storm panels per plan, a hurricane-rated garage door and stainless steel appliances.
From Madera, the shops and restaurants of Downtown Wellen, the Wellen Park trail network and CoolToday Park are a short drive away, and U.S. 41 leads north to Venice and south to North Port. There are four two-story plans in three exterior styles. The Olivia and the Emilia have a ground-floor owner's suite and a 2-car garage, with two bedrooms and a loft upstairs that can become a fourth bedroom and third bath. The Sienna has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in about 1,717 square feet. The Scarlett puts a large owner's suite upstairs with a loft that can be enclosed as an office. Homes range from about 1,591 to 1,717 square feet.
How are the townhomes built?
SimplyDwell includes concrete block construction, steel storm panels per plan, a hurricane-rated garage door, PEX water lines and stainless steel kitchen appliances as standard. Homes built in 2026 also have quartz countertops, shaker-style cabinets, architectural shingle roofs and a built-in pest control system.
