About Sunset Beach
Sunset Beach is a boutique condominium of 11 residences on the Gulf of Mexico on Siesta Key. It is being developed by CASTO in partnership with David Lehrman, who also developed Ten35 Seaside and Halcyon Siesta Key, with architecture by MHK Architecture and landscape architecture by DWJA Landscape Architects.
The four-story building sits on two and a half Gulf-front acres with 175 feet of private shoreline. Each residence has three bedrooms plus a study, from 3,780 to 5,310 square feet, with flow-through, open floor plans, walls of glass, generous terraces and private elevator entry from a secured lobby.
Residences have been offered at about $4.95 million to $6.5 million. Because this is new construction sold by the developer, please call me before you contact the sales team or register on the developer's site, since most developers accept a buyer's own agent only when that agent registers the buyer at first contact.
What to know before you buy in Sunset Beach
- I will confirm the HOA and any CDD fees, what they cover, and whether a transfer fee applies at closing.
- I will check the flood zone and elevation of the home, and we will get a flood insurance quote before your inspection period ends.

Sunset Beach is a partnership between CASTO and Siesta Key developer David Lehrman, whose earlier beachfront projects include Ten35 Seaside and Halcyon Siesta Key. MHK Architecture designed the residences, and DWJA Landscape Architects designed the grounds.
