About The Reserve at Plantation
The Reserve is an access-restricted neighborhood of 73 estate-style homes inside The Plantation Golf and Country Club, the 1,300-acre golf community in Venice. Established in the late 1980s, it sits on five streets: Sherbrooke Court, Trenwick Lane, Wincanton Place, Tremingham Way and Cerromar Drive.
Homes here were built from about 1990 to 2003 and generally run from 3,200 to 3,750 square feet. Recent prices have run from about $1,095,000 to $1,350,000. The Reserve has its own homeowners association and a social committee that plans gatherings and an annual car show.
The Plantation is also home to Plantation Golf and Country Club, a private club with two 18-hole Ron Garl courses that is a separate entity from the homeowners associations. Every home in The Plantation has a golf course, lake or preserve view, and downtown Venice and the beaches are a short drive west.
What to know before you buy in The Reserve at Plantation

The Plantation Golf and Country Club community and Plantation Golf and Country Club, the private club with two 18-hole Ron Garl courses, are separate entities. Club membership is handled by the club itself, so ask about membership options as a separate step from buying the home.

They are estate-style single-family homes built from about 1990 to 2003, generally 3,200 to 3,750 square feet. Every home in the wider Plantation community has a golf course, lake or nature preserve view.
