Lake Geraldine is a neighborhood of large single-family homes in the southeast part of Sarasota County, in the southwest part of North Port, with a Venice mailing address. It is about 8 miles southeast of Venice, 7 miles from Englewood and 25 miles south of Sarasota.

The Myakka River borders the community on the east, with boating and fishing, and Myakka Flatwoods State Forest borders it on the south, with horse and walking trails. Owners may keep their own horses on their property.

Homes built from 2005 to 2025 run from about 3,970 to 5,400 square feet, and prices over the last two years ran from about $1,295,000 to $2,950,000. The Lake Geraldine Homeowners Association has covenants and bylaws, and I will gladly obtain the current documents and dues for you before you write an offer.
