Three builders sell here. William Ryan Homes offers plans from about 2,460 to 3,590 square feet starting in the $600s, with tile roofs, impact glass and paver driveways as standard. Medallion Home offers one-story plans from about 2,435 to 3,575 square feet from around $700,000. DRB Homes also builds in the community.
Fort Hamer Park is close by, and Bradenton, Sarasota, St. Petersburg and Tampa are within easy reach.
