In the Sarasota and Manatee market it sells in three gated communities: Monterey at Lakewood Ranch and The Isles at Lakewood Ranch, with published base prices from about $739,000 to about $1.24 million and quick move-in homes listed from about $1.1 million to $2 million, and Oakbend Wellen Park in Venice, with base prices from about $499,000. Homesite premiums, structural options, and design selections cost extra, and buyers working with an agent should bring the agent to the first community visit.
