Stock Development is a family-owned Florida developer and builder based in Naples, founded in 2001, that reports more than 6,000 homes built. It sells in this market through two divisions: Stock Luxury Homes, which builds its own catalog of single-family plans in select Lakewood Ranch neighborhoods, and Stock Custom Homes, which builds one-off estate homes and can build on a buyer's own homesite. In Lakewood Ranch it is currently selling at Wild Blue at Waterside, where published base prices run from about $1.08 million to $1.93 million, and it is finishing its last homes at The Lake Club. Buyers personalize finishes at the company's Sarasota Design Center, and custom estates are designed with outside architects and interior designers.
