In the Sarasota and Manatee market it currently sells Del Webb Catalina in Lakewood Ranch and Del Webb Sunchase in Parrish, both gated 55+ communities, plus Explore by Del Webb North River Ranch in Parrish, a gated Del Webb community open to buyers of all ages. Published base prices start in the mid $300,000s for villas and smaller single-family plans and pass $1 million for the largest Echelon designs at Catalina. Its earlier local communities, Del Webb Lakewood Ranch and Del Webb BayView in Parrish, are sold out. In Del Webb 55+ communities at least one resident must be 55 or older and no permanent resident may be under 19 (18 in some communities).
